Based on a relationship of trust and understanding, I work collaboratively with clients to address specific problems and explore more deeply rooted issues. I take the time to get to know each client individually, use humor, capitalize on existing strengths and develop concrete skills (i.e. relaxation, communication, coping skills) and explore emotions. My approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, leading to positive life changes and personal growth.
